COMBAT HOCKEY WARRANTY TERMS

For Combat hockey stick Products – 30 day limited warranty

We take extreme pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value.

For the hockey player, Combat’s “tough” sticks have a one-time replacement warranty for breakage during normal use of 30 days. Normal use does NOT include breakage due to contact with other players, skates, sticks (slashing), boards, nets, use on asphalt or cement surfaces, etc. and hence no replacement will be offered in this case. Combat Sports will inspect the returned product and will determine if the product damage was caused by normal use and that there is no evidence of misuse, tampering, heating, abuse or deception.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. The warranty date becomes effective:

1. For products sold directly to the end user through an authorized Combat Sports retailer - from the date of receipt.

Team Sales & Competitive Players

Bulk discounted purchases under the Team Sales program and sales to senior competitive, professional or semi professional, Junior and College/University levels are not covered under our 30 day one time replacement program. Products under this program have a 30 day limited warranty from the date of purchase from any manufacturing defect.

WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

The policy does NOT cover (1) shafts that have been doctored, altered or mistreated (2) shafts that have been used by teams.

Combat will inspect the returned product and will determine if the product damage was caused by normal use and that there is no evidence of misuse, defacement, heating, abuse or deception.

Under no circumstances shall Combat be liable for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, whether the claim is based upon warranty, contract, negligence, strict liability or other cause of action. The warranty is provided only to the original individual, and cannot be assigned or transferred.

 

TO RETURN A DEFECTIVE SHAFT - DO NOT RETURN TO THE STORE

To replace a broken product, contact Combat Sports DIRECTLY (not your Combat Retailer)

If Combat agrees that the shaft is defective, we will send out a repaired or replacement shaft within 3 to 5 business days (if in stock) of receiving the defective shaft. If Combat deems the shaft does not meet our warranty conditions the shaft will be returned to you.

Once an RA number is issued, all warranty products need to be received by Combat Sports within 14 calendar days, according to industry standards. Otherwise the RA will expire and a warranty return will be revaluated by Combat’s warranty return department and a new RA will be issued, if eligible.

  • You MUST contact Combat for a Return Authorization (RA) number and the reason/circumstance of your return before sending your product back to Combat.
  • Returns will not be processed without pre-approval and you will be required to provide the original invoice (keep a copy for yourself) from an authorized dealer.
  • Return shipment will be via standard FedEx delivery.
  • All returns must be accompanied by your RA number or they will NOT be accepted.
  • After we have authorized the return to either our factory in the USA or Canada, send your product (including your RA number) via pre-paid (by customer, non-refundable), insured, traceable method, to ensure safe and documented delivery.
  • The warranty is based on the original date of sale from an authorized dealer.

  • When you submit this request, a Combat warranty representative will notify you of your Return Authorization number by e-mail within 3 business days.

Please Note:

  • All warranty non returnable shafts will be stamped “No Return”.
  • Return shipping charges to send your product back to Combat are non-refundable.

SHIP TO:

After we have authorized the return, please send your product packages direct to the factory in the USA or Canada depending on your location, including your RA number, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery;
